Warriors Suicide Prevention Foundation (WSP Foundation) is a Nevada Non-Profit Organization focused on Veteran and 1st Responder Suicide Prevention based in Las Vegas, Nevada. WSP Foundation replaced 22 Warriors Foundation as the Nevada chartered and parent Organization. 22 Warriors Foundation is now the Nevada division of WSP Foundation.

WSP Foundation along with its divisions and subsidiaries use Foundation Projects such as Veteran Service Dog Training Sponsorship, Emergency Financial Assistance, Veterans Martial Arts Program, Ruck Marches, and Nuero-Feedback Treatment to include outpatient and Inpatient Services at the Brain Health Warriors Mountain Retreat, to assist those in crisis or prevent them from heading into a crisis. This is also achieved as well through partnerships with and referrals to partnership organizations who also have committed to take action to eliminate Veteran, First Responder and Family Member Suicides. WSP Foundation and its subsidiaries take an active role in the Veteran Community to include volunteering at events such as the Veterans Stand Down, Nevada Veterans Council, and other Veteran focused events. WSP Foundation also helps by donating time, resources, and what else is needed when volunteering to feed, cloth, and even move Vetera

This is a Nonprofit organization founded to help others not to build a fortune. The Board of Directors and Staff are ALL either Veterans, First Responders or family members of them, thus the focus of this organization will always be to benefit these Communities first and foremost. The Board of Directors are ALL Volunteer members and dedicated to the WSP Foundation being operated according to the organizations bylaws as well as all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

In partnership with Team Octopus Jiu-Jitsu in Las Vegas, WSP Foundation offers a free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training program for veterans and first responders. The program brings warriors together five days a week to train, connect, and find renewed purpose through martial arts. Beyond the physical training, it builds the kind of community

The program brings warriors together five days a week to train, connect, and find renewed purpose through martial arts. Beyond the physical training, it builds the kind of community and brotherhood that helps prevent the isolation that drives veteran and first responder suicide. The program is open to all skill levels and runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Team Octopus-Summerlin, 4245 S. Grand Canyon Dr. #124, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
